Summer Job Opportunity – Ministry Support Staff Brampton Vietnamese Alliance Church – English Ministry
Brampton Vietnamese Alliance Church is looking for a Ministry Support Staff who will work closely with our English Ministry Pastor and English Ministry (EM) Leadership team to serve our members by planning and leading key summer activities that foster connection, community engagement, and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and organize summer activities, with supervision and coaching from the English Ministry Pastor and leaders.
· Intentionally connect with church members at church and throughout the week
· Lead and coordinate community engagement opportunities.
· Be creative to think of various ways to help build up the spiritual growth of our members
· Attend meetings with English Ministry Pastor and leaders weekly to discuss workload and direction.
· Support leadership team
· A special summer project based on the chosen candidate's passion may be considered.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
· Hybrid Part-time: 35 hours/week for 8 weeks (approximately mid-June 2025 to mid-August 2025), schedule will vary throughout the week.
· Wage: $17.20/hour

· Passionate about serving in ministry, growing in faith, and building community
· Organized, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be between 15–30 years old at the beginning of employment
· A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or someone with refugee protection status
· Has a valid Social Insurance Number and is legally able to work in Ontario
